About the Owner
Clifton Stubbs
Cliff entered the insurance industry in 2005 after a successful career in the airline industry. After relocating to Texas, he co-founded an agency that focused on Medicare and over 65 ancillary products. The agency was eventually sold, and Cliff moved on to become an integral part of building the Senior Division at BenefitMall. There, he recruited and trained brokers in a thirteen-state territory.
In 2015, Cliff joined HealthMarkets as a Regional Sales Director, where he worked with the national captive team to grow their Medicare business and developed a national independent broker channel under the Excelsior brand. Throughout his career, Cliff has worked with two national FMOs to build and train a national salesforce, literally training thousands of agents. He’s also a licensed continuing education instructor, ensuring agents are up to date on the latest changes in the industry.
As the owner of Rhythm Insurance Agency, he’s focused on helping his broker team build their Medicare and ACA block of business. Cliff has been a member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) since 2007 and has held various positions on the local board, including President in 2017. He’s also been a part of the State Board since 2017 and is the current 2nd VP for NABIP TX.
Cliff’s dedication to helping customers and agents with unique situations has helped him develop an above-average skill level and a deep knowledge of the industry.
